Stand build-up
• 22 May – 3 June 2023: 0800 to 2000 hours
• 4 – 6 June 2023: 0800 to 2200 hours
• 7 June 2023: 0800 to 1800 hours
• Access to halls (8 - 14 June): 0800 to 2000 hours
Stand dismantling
• 15 - 20 June 2023: 0800 to 2000 hours
• 21 June 2023: 0800 to 1200 hours
For Visitors:
• 8 - 13 June: 1000 to 1800 hours
• 14 June: 1000 to 1600 hours

ITMA's stand space cost is €235 per sqm which includes 18 services.
All stand space applications are for raw space only. Exhibitors are free to choose any stand contractor to work with to build their stands, including shell scheme stands. Alternatively, shell scheme packages will also be made available by our appointed Technical Service Provider, Fiera Milano, when the online e-service platform is open on 6 July 2022.

No, a unique email address is required as every badge is personalised and is used as the ID to log in to your Visitor Centre account.
You may request for a visa invitation letter by logging in to the visitor centre after you have successfully registered for your visitor badge. Click on "Request for Visa Invitation Letter", provide the required information, and download/print your visa invitation letter.

Online registration will open in February 2023. During the exhibition, you can apply at the press centre.
Freelance reporters, editors and photographers must submit an official letter of assignment (on a company letterhead) from a bona fide publisher/editor/producer that states you are covering the exhibition for their organisations.

ITMA also partners leading industry organisations to co-locate their events at ITMA. More details will be shared at a later date.
You can purchase the tickets to the events online. The online ticketing will be open by Q4 of 2022.

The ITMA 2023 visitor badge includes an ITMAconnect visitor account which can be accessible from 8 March 2023.
Non-ITMA 2023 visitors can purchase an ITMAconnect visitor ticket to access the ITMAconnect platform from 15 June 2023.
Access to ITMAconnect will end on 14 June 2026. Renewal notice will be sent to you one month prior.
